Please make sure to use an accessible email address, and to note down the password in a safe place. You will be sent a link to validate your email, and you will need both the email and the password to then complete your registration.

The information collected in this form is subject to personal data processing by Hertford British Charitable Fund [HBCF], in its capacity as data controller, for the purposes of reviewing, analysing and following up on grant applications. Some data may also relate to a contact person designated by the applicant. This data is processed under the same conditions, on the same legal basis and for the same purposes. This processing is based on the performance of a task carried out in the public interest within the meaning of Article 6.1.e of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The data collected is intended for the authorised departments of the HBCF and, where applicable, its institutional partners or service providers strictly necessary for the management of the grant scheme. The data is kept for the time necessary to process the application and comply with the applicable legal and regulatory obligations. In accordance with the regulations in force, you have the right to access, rectify and restrict the processing of your data and, under the conditions provided for by the GDPR, to object to its processing. These rights may be exercised by sending a request to the HBCF at the following address :dpo@hbcf.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
